You have a vision of your dream landscape and want to bring it to life but don’t know if it is within your budget? Here are some examples of what can be accomplished within different budgets. Keep in mind that the final investment will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to size of your property, existing landscape, existing architecture, scope of work and material choices (i.e. hardscape, plants). Maybe you can do it all or possibly need to install in phases. We will work with you to make your dreamscape a reality.

$5,000 - $10,000

Enhancements to your existing landscape can range from $5,000-$10,000 and can include a combination of some of these projects: Remove, replace and/or add:

Softscapes: meaning plants materials to beautify your surrounding and add color such as trees, shrubs, ornamental grasses, perennials
Remove and replace lawn or install new
New sprinkler system, drip system or reconfigure existing
Supplement existing rock or mulch
Install edging to separate lawn, rock, mulch areas
Remove and replace or Install weed barrier for rock or mulch areas
Some hardscape such as breeze pathways with steppers
Decorative boulders
Install pre-build firepits, water features

$20,000 - $250,000

Dream landscapes usually range $20,000 to $250,000 depending on material choice and project complexity.

Remove existing landscape and replace with new, site preparation, grading
Customized retaining walls, paver or flagstone patios, pathway
Large decorative boulders
Customized raised garden beds
Water features
Customized fire pits
Customized outdoor kitchens
Install trees, shrubs, ornamental grasses, perennials
Install low voltage landscape and accent lighting

Sprinklers

Sprinkler start up and sprinkler blow-out are billed at standard rate $95 up to 8 zones, add $7 per additional zone, $10 for crawl spaces, $30 for out of Longmont city-limits within our service area

Repairs and Upgrades: Service call* + $70 per man# hour sprinkler tech(s), $30 per hour truck and tools plus parts and materials. *If not combined with a sprinkler start up service, add an $90 service call within Longmont or $120 if out of Longmont within our service area. #Usually a 1-man to 2-man crew.

Tune-ups: Service call* + $70 per man# hour sprinkler tech(s), $30 per hour truck and tools plus parts and materials. *If not combined with a sprinkler start up service, add an $90 service call within Longmont or $120 if out of Longmont within our service area. #Usually a 2-man to 3-man crew.

Seasonal Maintenance

All our seasonal maintenance services such as Spring cleanup, Spring prune and trim of trees, shrubs, ornamental grasses and perennials (offered in March and April only), Fall cleanup and Fall prune and trim of trees, shrubs, ornamental grasses and perennials (offered end October) are billed at $70 per man hour, $30 per hour for tools and equipment plus haul-away and disposal fee of $40 - $190 (based on weight and cubic yards removed). Time starts when we leave for your project and stops when service is concluded. Dog excrement removal is not included in this contract. Usually 2-man or 3-man crew.

Annual fertilizer program: Starting at $80 per application up to 2,000 square feet. Larger yards at a surcharge

Fall sulfur application (if combined with October fertilizer application): starting at $64 up to 2,000 square feet. Larger yards at a surcharge.
